Please review the following cancellation and refund terms before confirming your excursion booking. By completing the reservation, you acknowledge these conditions and agree that any request for changes or cancellation will be handled according to the policy below.
A full refund will be issued in the event that the excursion is cancelled by the organizer due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or any other circumstance that prevents the tour from taking place as scheduled.
You may also withdraw from the excursion with a full refund if you notify us at least 2 days before the excursion by phone. For cancellation requests, please contact one of the following numbers:
If you withdraw the day before the excursion (24 hours prior), 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. No refund can be provided for cancellations made later than that or for non-attendance on the day of the excursion.
