The hike through Imbros Gorge takes approximately 2 to 3 hours and follows a well-marked downhill trail suitable for most visitors with a reasonable level of fitness. Along the route, you'll discover impressive rock formations, towering cliffs, centuries-old cypress trees, wild herbs, and endemic Cretan plants. One of the highlights is the gorge's famous narrow passage, where the towering rock walls close to just 1.6 meters apart, creating one of the most photographed spots in the gorge.

Your guide will accompany the group throughout the experience and, for your safety and peace of mind, will always be the last person to exit the gorge, ensuring that every participant completes the hike safely and that assistance is available whenever needed.

At the end of the hike, you'll arrive in the traditional village of Komitades, where the group reunites before continuing to the charming seaside village of Sfakia on Crete's beautiful south coast.
